Expected Delivery Timeframe

Alka Press International will send copies of books to customers one to two business days after the order is placed. Customers should receive said ordered books from two to three weeks after said order is placed. If, for whatever reason(s), customers do not receive their ordered books during the above-mentioned time frame, please call Alka Press International, at the toll-free telephone number of 1-855-456-4793, and we will attempt to solve any problems in an efficient and timely manner.

Refund Policy

All unblemished books may be returned for credit or refund if received within one year of the original invoice date. A copy of the original invoice must be included with return shipment. Shipments must be returned prepaid to the following address:
